Mission Statement
The Lucille and Edward R. Roybal Foundation was established in 1985 to commemorate the legacy of leadership and community service of its founders, the late Congressman Edward R. Roybal and Mrs. Lucille Beserra Roybal.
Our goal is to preserve and promote the legacy of Congressman and & Mrs. Edward R. Roybal and their contributions to society. By developing and providing dedicated services to improve and strengthen our community through education we constantly uphold our goal of bringing the East Los Angeles community together.
