Lisa Roybal Elliot
Lisa Roybal Elliott is a lawyer specializing in police civil rights defense and use of force litigation.
Ms. Elliott began her legal career in California in 1996 where she was a Law Clerk for the Los Angeles District Attorneys office. Ms. Elliot went on to serve as a Deputy City Attorney for the Los Angeles City Attorney‘s Office as a Prosecutor until she transferred to the Police Litigation Unit as counsel to the Los Angeles Police Department. In 2002, she joined Alvarez Glassman & Colvin specializing in Police Use of Force Defense for multiple Southern California municipalities.
Ms. Elliott relocated to Washington in 2009 and currently provides counsel to Police Officers throughout Washington State including critical incident response and officer rights training. Ms. Elliott is a member of the State Bar in both Washington and California.
